Each engagement is composed of a highly motivated team of undergraduate business analysts who are mentored by MBA candidates and consultants from top firms. Through this team, we come up with sustainable solutions to help your business thrive.
Our Services
Our team provides a variety of services to our clients based on needs and expectations. Our engagements often comprise multiple aspects of the services described below.
What does an engagement look like?
Our engagements vary based on client expectations and desired deliverables. In general, engagements last between 8 to 12 weeks and consist of five distinct phases. Throughout the engagement, our teams regularly check in with the client to stay updated and informed about potential new opportunities or expectations.
Scoping
Interfacing with client and understanding the problems that we can help with. This phase usually involves a phone call or in-person meeting, drafting of the scoping document, and establishing the nature and length of the engagement.
Research
Based on the final objectives of the engagement, our team will compile comprehensive exploratory research. Examples of our past research include carrying out competitive analyses, evaluating relevant case studies, or analyzing various expansion strategies in their historical context.
Midpoint Presentation
Approximately halfway through the engagement, we present our initial findings to the client(s). This presentation is intended to illustrate the relevant conclusions our team drew after conducting initial research, as well as highlight the next steps of the engagement.
Further Research
Based on feedback from the client after the midpoint presentation, our team works to refine research and formulate final recommendations that address the problems detailed in the scoping document.
Final Deliverables
In addition to any other deliverables our client(s) are expecting, our team will provide final recommendations and insights in the form of a presentation. In addition to the final presentation, our team will also address final follow up questions from the client.
